Norris Education Learning & Teaching (NELT)
The NELT website is a repository for information related to workshops and presentations given by Dr Nola Norris.
Dr Norris has a background in school teaching and conducted original research on the thinking, memory and learning of gifted adults with Asperger syndrome (now known as autism spectrum disorder–ASD). She has–for the purpose of helping teachers understand the thinking, memory, and learning characteristics of their students–developed a framework for professional development called The Thinking, Memory, and Learning Framework, which relates to the cognition of both neurotypical (or typically developing) students and those experiencing autism.
Dr Norris has also delivered workshops and seminars for adults who are life-partners of people on the autism spectrum. Dr Norris is based in Sydney, Australia.
